Pizza Hut

I got my pizza in 30 minutes, and it was so hot I HAD TO LET IT COOL DOWN. I am always excited for pizza, but this time was extra special. Plus the delivery guy was super nice.

Connor made sure I was acknowledged when walking in for my pick up order even though it was busy inside. Efficient and good customer service. Thank you!

I usually don't order from Pizza Hut a ton but I was happy with the pizza I got from this location. It was for a small gathering and we finished all the food, it was so enjoyable. The staff were really professional and helpful when answering my questions.

I had an excellent experience, particularly because of the outstanding service provided by Steven on the night of January 30, 2023. From the moment I arrived to pick up my order, Steven was there at the counter greeting me, making sure that every detail of my order was accurate. But what truly set this experience apart was his willingness to go above and beyond. Despite the busy environment, Steven took the initiative to help me carry my large order all the way to my car. This kind of service is not something you see every day, and it made a significant impact on me. Thank you, Pizza Hut, and a huge thank you to Steven for making my visit so pleasant!

They did almost everything 100% right! I was able to walk into the clean lobby, be greeted in a reasonable amount of time, asked for my order, then checked on because I was taking too long, and thanked when I walked out the door. I was even allowed to use the bathroom without being given an attitude, like so many places do now-a-days. Just for clarity, the bathroom was reasonably clean. They missed the mark by: the lady who greeted me and took care of me so well... after I had been there several minutes and asked if the bathroom had a code... she said she would unlock it... and then went in and used the facilities! They missed the mark by: I ordered a PPP & fries bundle deal, the pizza having the garlic white sauce, chicken, bacon, and cheese. The app has a way to modify the amount of the sauce; unfortunately, not when bundling it in the special deal. So then I received a pizza whose sauce was too heavy and the toppings just gathered in the middle of the pizza, waiting to fall back into the box upon the attempt to pick up the slice. The absolute cheese to this pizza was that the crust was cooked through - barely. The end result being a not quite doughy, but certainly not crispy crust, with a yummy cheese sauce and a woeful looking pile of toppings left forgotten in the middle of the box. The two fries were really good! Too bad I didn't see the ketchup packets in there until I was wadding them up to toss them back into the box. I then attempted to salvage them by using the ketchup; but the crisp freshness had been lost in the twist and crush of the wadding.

Love their pizza just wish they had side salads as an option for the box deal.

This location is consistently busy, so wait times for deliveries can be upwards of an hour fairly frequently. I recommend ordering it ahead and picking it up yourself, as usually that's far quicker if you're in a time crunch. The pizzas have always been hot, fresh and consistent. Unlike the location at Scholls Ferry and Allen, they've never missed a single thing on any order ever. Busy as hell, multiple pizzas, rushing to fulfil all the orders, and they never miss a beat. That deserves the utmost credit. That's a set of skills most people lack. I can't imagine being able to do that all so well so rushed myself. Major props to them for all of it. The delivery staff however have infrequently mistakenly given us someone else's order, meaning they no longer legally nor by company rules take back the food unless they just throw it away, which means when this happens, you get two orders of food for the price of one. If anything, I'm always kind of jazzed when this happens because of it. It sucks for the staff and especially the drivers, but hey, it's going to happen inevitably to you, so you may as well take it in stride. I recommend trying a stuffed crust pizza with creamy garlic parmesan sauce (white sauce), grilled chicken, bell peppers, fire roasted peppers and purple onion on it. If you want, bacon and black olives also go well on it. It is in my opinion the BEST pizza order you can get at Pizza Hut, hands down. My all time favorite.
